Appointment Policy

• One-to-one appointments only.
• Appointments are by booking only.
• Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time – there is no waiting area available.
• The salon operates a door entry system, so please be patient and I will let you in as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the booked service.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. The cancellation policy helps me protect my time and accommodate clients on my waiting list.
